By selecting the separate checkbox, I consent to processing my name and phone number for a callback about my request. This does not include marketing messages, a contract or a boat reservation.

Name, phone number, request reference and time, processing status, and consent time and version. Permitted operations are collection, recording, storage, correction, use to contact me about the request, and deletion under the applicable procedure.

The form saves your submission for review and contact. Submitting a request does not reserve a vessel, confirm payment or guarantee that the operator receives an immediate notification.

I consent to sending my name, phone number and request reference to the operator’s work chat in Telegram for the callback. Telegram and Cloudflare are used to deliver the notification. This does not include making my data public.

Client requests have no automatic expiry and remain in the request history. Erasure requests and withdrawal of consent are still reviewed in light of the processing purpose, applicable grounds and mandatory retention periods.
