By selecting the separate checkbox, I consent to processing the data I enter to review my trip request and contact me about it. This consent does not include marketing and does not conclude a contract or confirm a booking.

Name, phone, selected vessel, date, time, duration, guest count, services and comment, plus the submission number and consent time and version. Processing includes collection, recording, storage, correction, use to review the request, and erasure under the applicable procedure.

Do not include passport, medical, payment or other sensitive details in comments. A named passenger list is not required at this stage.

The form saves your submission for review and contact. Submitting a request does not reserve a vessel, confirm payment or guarantee that the operator receives an immediate notification.

I consent to transmitting the details in this form, including my name, phone number and comment, to the operator in their work chat on Telegram to review my submission. Telegram and Cloudflare are used to transmit the notification. This consent does not authorize publication of my data to the general public.

Client requests have no automatic expiry and remain in the request history. Erasure requests and withdrawal of consent are still reviewed in light of the processing purpose, applicable grounds and mandatory retention periods.
