Cookies, maps and local settings

localStorage keeps your theme, favourite vessel identifiers, comparison list and analytics choice. Metrica does not load before you allow it. Declining does not restrict the catalogue or forms.

Preferences remain until site data is cleared or the choice version changes. Within a tab, sessionStorage keeps technical markers for requests already counted, to avoid repeating an event. These markers contain no name, phone number or message.

On the live site, allowing analytics enables Yandex Metrica counter 64465315 to measure page visits and saved requests. Metrica receives browser technical information, including the IP address, and may use cookies. Our events do not include your name, phone number or message. Session Replay, form-field recording and ecommerce are not enabled in the new version.

Change your choice using Analytics preferences in the page footer. Choosing No analytics stops the counter; this does not delete data already sent. For data enquiries, contact support@rent-boat.ru. Local previews do not send analytics to the live counter.

On pages with maps, the Yandex Maps widget loads immediately and shows the chosen pier, bridge or landmark. The browser contacts Yandex and sends technical request information, including the IP address. For the embedded widget, the site does not send the page address through Referer. Processing by Yandex is governed by its policies.

Your analytics choice does not control maps. The site does not request your location or pass your name, phone number or request text to the widget. External links are governed by the destination service’s policies.

The server requests weather summaries from Bright Sky (DWD data) and MET Norway, and bridge status from Mostotrest, and caches the results temporarily. Weather requests use fixed coordinates in central Saint Petersburg. Your name, phone number, submission and location are not shared with these services.
