Include your request number if you have one. Your first email does not need identity documents or payment details.

Primary contact: support@rent-boat.ru. Use it for questions about your request, access to your data, corrections, erasure or withdrawal of consent.
Data is used to review a trip request or a vessel proposal. Each form has a separate consent. Advertising, mailing lists and profiling are outside these purposes.
A trip request contains your name, phone, selected vessel, date and time, duration, guest count, extra services and optional comment. A vessel proposal contains your name, phone, role, vessel name and type, capacity, home pier, comment and confirmation of authority.
We also store the submission number and time, processing status, and the consent version and time. Technical delivery history supports error investigation and prevents duplicate notifications.
Do not include passport, medical, payment or other sensitive details in comments. A named passenger list is not required at this stage.
Submissions are stored in dedicated RentBoat storage on Selectel infrastructure. To handle your request, the operator receives a notification in their work chat on Telegram with the request number and form details, including your name, phone number and comment. The notification is transmitted to Telegram through Cloudflare; both services participate in processing it. Your data is not published in an open channel.
Access to submissions is restricted. A data copy is provided after the request is verified. Form details are not published in the catalogue or exposed through the public API.
Access to the database and backups is limited to operating RentBoat and handling data requests. Backups are encrypted. Restores account for individual erasures already performed.
Client requests have no automatic expiry and remain in the request history. Erasure requests and withdrawal of consent are still reviewed in light of the processing purpose, applicable grounds and mandatory retention periods.
Vessel proposals are used to discuss cooperation. When discussions end or consent is withdrawn, the operator reviews whether continued storage is necessary. A proposal never publishes a vessel automatically.
Technical attempt records for successfully completed deliveries may be cleared after 180 days. This does not delete the submission or its final delivery result. Individual erasure also requires separate handling of previously sent messages and backups.
Include your request number if available and explain what you need. Do not send passport or payment details in your first email. Before providing a copy or erasing data, the operator verifies that the requester is the data subject or their representative.
You may request information about processing, access, correction, restriction or erasure, and withdraw consent. If some data must still be retained on another lawful basis, the operator will explain why and for how long.
