By selecting the separate checkbox, I consent to processing the data I enter to review my vessel proposal and discuss cooperation. Authority as an owner or representative is confirmed separately. This consent does not include marketing.

Name, phone, role, vessel name and type, capacity, home pier, comment and confirmation of authority, submission number, and consent time and version. Processing includes collection, recording, storage, correction, use to discuss the proposal, and erasure under the applicable procedure.

Do not include passport, medical, payment or other sensitive details in comments. A named passenger list is not required at this stage.

The form saves your submission for review and contact. Submitting a request does not reserve a vessel, confirm payment or guarantee that the operator receives an immediate notification.

I consent to transmitting the details in this form, including my name, phone number and comment, to the operator in their work chat on Telegram to review my submission. Telegram and Cloudflare are used to transmit the notification. This consent does not authorize publication of my data to the general public.

Vessel proposals are used to discuss cooperation. When discussions end or consent is withdrawn, the operator reviews whether continued storage is necessary. A proposal never publishes a vessel automatically.
