Start with the groom’s preferences
Decide whether he would enjoy a quiet evening with friends, a photo trip or a celebration with music. Set the guest count and group budget next. Dancing and food need more clear space than a seated sightseeing trip.
Plan cruising and entertainment together
Agree a Neva route or gulf trip with the captain for the selected boat and weather. Do not build the programme around promised high speeds or swimming. Check space, power and permitted sound levels before booking a DJ, photographer or extra equipment.
Food, timing and the return ashore
Agree whether to bring food and drinks or use catering, including tableware and cleaning. Allow time for boarding and the briefing, and appoint an organiser to gather the group and liaise with the crew. If the evening continues ashore, choose the drop-off point and the next booking time in advance.
What to confirm in the booking
Confirm the boat, date, duration, total price and extras. Check onboard rules, weather rescheduling and extension terms. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself reserve the requested time.
