Which format suits you
For a short trip, ready-made individual portions of snacks can be discussed. A buffet reception or dinner requires a suitable layout, serving space and agreed seating.
A kitchen or fridge in the listing does not mean cooking or restaurant service is provided on board. These conditions are clarified for the specific vessel.
Delivery to the pier and on-board service
Include your guest count, route and boarding pier. Food delivery, access to the boat and setup time should be agreed before departure.
Discuss whether you need waiters, tableware, linens and cleaning. For a banquet, check the number of seats at tables: passenger capacity alone does not determine dining capacity.
