“Апсель” is a Four Winns 255 motorboat, 8.2 m long, for up to 7 guests. A bronze stripe on the light-coloured hull and a round bow hatch help identify it from the shore. Behind the windscreen are 2 seats, while a U-shaped sofa occupies the main open area. A small round table with cup holders stands beside the passenger seats, with a washbasin to the side. There is a wide platform at the stern. This layout suits relaxed conversation and light refreshments during the trip. The boat can be chosen for a date, family outing, birthday with close friends or a get-together.

The enclosed cabin has cushioned seating with pillows, side portholes and an overhead skylight hatch. On board there is a toilet, fridge, heater, blankets, drinking glasses, an audio system and a protective canopy. Guests can alternate between relaxing indoors and on the open deck. The base pier is at 11A Akademika Pavlova. Destinations include the Neva, the city's rivers and canals, trips around the islands and passage into the Gulf of Finland. For an evening trip, you can discuss views of Lakhta Center at sunset; for a later departure, the opening bridges. The specific cruising area, sequence of passages and return time are agreed subject to weather, water levels and navigation restrictions.

The minimum hire is 1 hour; allow at least 2 hours for the opening bridges. The rate for the 2026 navigation season is RUB 9 000 per hour from Monday to Sunday. No separate low-, mid- or high-season rates have been published for this tariff. The 9 May fireworks, Scarlet Sails, the St Petersburg International Economic Forum and Navy Day are quoted on request. To arrange a trip, specify the number of guests, date, departure time and desired duration. If you need boarding at another pier, festive decorations, refreshments or a stop en route, discuss this when enquiring. Before departure, the route, meeting point, availability of additional services and full order price will be confirmed.

Capacity depends on the event format: banquets or buffet receptions may accommodate fewer guests. The route is agreed with the skipper based on weather and water levels.
