Балагур

“Балагур” is a small leisure motorboat with a dark blue hull, white roof and wooden saloon finishes. It accommodates up to 11 guests. In the bow are 2 light-coloured sofas facing each other, followed by an enclosed saloon with large windows. At the stern is another open area, where a soft sofa curves around a small round table. This layout suits a family outing, gathering of friends or small birthday on the water, when some guests want to stay outdoors and others prefer conversation around the saloon table.

Inside, cushioned seats line the sides, with an oval table between them. Guests can watch the embankments through the saloon's panoramic windows and step out into the bow area. The boat has a toilet, fridge, coffee machine and audio system; a canopy, blankets and drinking glasses are provided. Music, food, drinks and decorations are discussed when preparing the trip. The route can run along the Neva and St Petersburg's canals, or an evening outing to the opening bridges can be agreed. Standard boarding is offered at 120 Moyka Embankment. The exact pier and departure time are confirmed for the chosen date.

The published offer for the 2026 navigation season starts from 2 hours: Monday–Thursday costs RUB 8 000 per hour, and Friday–Sunday and public holidays cost RUB 9 000 per hour. Day and night rates are the same; the night period in this offer begins at 18:00. No calendar division into low, mid and high seasons is specified. During the graduation period, prices are quoted on request and minimum hire is 4 hours. Cleaning is charged separately at RUB 5 000 or 10 000; the applicable amount must be agreed. With restaurant catering, time for preparation, cleaning and rubbish removal is charged at 50% of the tariff. An approximate price increase of 20% is specified for routes beyond the Neva cruising area. The full quote including additional services, duration and boat availability are confirmed before the trip. Weather and navigation conditions may affect the route.

Capacity depends on the event format: banquets or buffet receptions may accommodate fewer guests. The route is agreed with the skipper based on weather and water levels.
