«Людмила» is a 2-deck river cruise boat with an enclosed banquet hall and a separate upper leisure area. As an initial guide, a group of up to 120 people can be considered, or up to 70 for a banquet. The space allows dining, welcoming guests and the sightseeing part of the celebration to take place in separate areas.

The lower saloon has a light-coloured ceiling, upholstered chairs, sofas and a bar counter. Upstairs, the panoramic enclosed section continues onto an open stern deck. On board there is a television, audio system with a microphone, air conditioning, refrigerator, blankets and toilets. The furniture layout, menu and service arrangements are agreed to suit the event.

The main boarding area is Palace Embankment; the exact pier depends on the sailing. The river cruise boat is suitable for the Neva, while a trip into the Gulf of Finland requires agreement on the weather conditions and duration. A separate seasonal rate applies from the end of May to the end of August. Holiday fireworks sailings are quoted on request, and the minimum hire duration is confirmed for the selected date.

Capacity depends on the event format: banquets or buffet receptions may accommodate fewer guests. The route is agreed with the skipper based on weather and water levels.
